PROCESSING TIME
After checkout, your order will be processed between 24-48hrs(working days) within UK and 3-5 working days outside UK.
N.B: Processing time is not same as delivery/dispatch time.
DELIVERY/DISPATCH
After processing, delivery takes between 3-4 business days within UK and 2-4 weeks outside UK.
N.B: Shipping rates calculated at checkout will vary depending on your location. Orders outside UK will vary due to courier services.
If for any reason, you do not receive your delivery notification within the specified processing time or delivery date, kindly notify us by sending us an email to info@goldenhouseoffab.uk.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery date, please allow extra 2 business days before contacting us. Packages may be delayed due to certain reasons such as courier service delays etc
Once an item has been dispatched, it is the responsibilty of the courier service to ensure packages are delivered. Hence, no refunds will be issued for lost packages . However, items will be resent if the order cannot be traced.
Golden-House-Of-Fab has no control over the duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government for items crossing International borders (outside UK). These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
FOR PICKUPS: You can pick up your item after making payment at Plymouth city, Devon, UK.
You are expected to book an appointment on time to enable us plan, source for fabric, fitting, adding designs and so on depending on the clothing style.
Please prepare to come for your fitting when you are not in a hurry. Reason being that, wewant to get a perfect measurement and clear description of what you want. To fit your body and this will require lots of time and attention to details.
The fitting our dress will give you is our utmost priority, so we plead you exercise patience and enjoy the process.
Kindly note that for a home service consultation, you are expected to pay 150 pounds/hr excluding transportation. This will reassure us of how serious the client is about our service.
Refunds are not offered unless the item is faulty upon delivery with issues reported within 24 hours and supported by video evidence. After 24 hours, no refund will be accepted.
N.B: This goes for both ready to wear and custom made dresses.
